Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Document Control, preferably in QC/shipyard industry.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in document management.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain ISO documents and procedures.
• Maintain new building project documents in accordance with client specifications.
• Prepare and maintain the Quality MDR in accordance with contract specifications.
• Manage and maintain QC documents and inspection records for new building projects.
• Ensure documents are properly recorded, updated, and filed.
• Track document submissions, revisions, and approvals.
• Support the QC team in maintaining complete and accurate documentation.
