Job summary

PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance across construction sites. You will implement the Quality Management System, develop PQP/QA plans, and coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure compliance with drawings, specs, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC leadership in construction projects.
• Extensive experience implementing QMS, QAP, ITPs and related docs.
• Hands-on with NCRs, site observations, punch lists and CAPA.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Implement, monitor, and enforce the Quality Management System at project sites.
• Develop and manage Quality Plans, ITPs, method statements, and QA procedures.
• Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure compliance.
• Review and approve quality documentation from subcontractors and plan inspections.
• Lead QA/QC inspections, audits, and KPI reviews; manage NCRs and CAPA.
• Identify quality risks and implement preventive actions to minimize delays.
