Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or QC Inspector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
• Strong ability to read shop drawings and interpret technical specifications.
• Capable of preparing accurate progress reports daily and weekly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field work execution to ensure full compliance with technical specifications.
• Conduct inspections on incoming construction materials delivered to the project site.
• Prepare periodic material testing and quality reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Identify building quality non-conformances on-site and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate closely with project teams and Project Managers regarding quality assurance standards.
• Reject any field work that fails to meet quality specification standards and report issues promptly to the Project Manager.
