PT Powertek Indo Asia is seeking a QHSE professional to manage document control and support the integrated management system for Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental aspects. You will review pre-qualification and tender documentation and monitor programs through audits and safety inspections.

You will contribute to continuous improvement with Kaizen, 5S, and Suggestion System while analyzing manufacturing processes for Lean-based enhancements and ensuring safety compliance at

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; relevant ISO training certificates are required.
• Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain QHSE documents and document control.
• Support implementation and communication of integrated Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.
• Review and prepare QHSE documentation for pre-qualification and tender processes.
• Monitor Quality and HSE programs through audits, inspections, safety patrols, and performance monitoring.
• Support continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
• Assist in QHSE awareness and management system training for employees.
• Develop and implement Continuous Improvement programs including Kaizen, 5S, and Suggestion System.
• Analyze manufacturing and production processes and recommend Lean-based improvements.
• Conduct safety inspections, APAR checks, and other workplace safety activities.
• Monitor HSE implementation at project sites and support Zero Accident targets.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Good understanding of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety, and Environmental Management Systems.

Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001; relevant ISO training certificates are required based on the submitted qualification.

Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification is preferred.

Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Experience in Continuous Improvement activities, such as Kaizen, 5S, or Suggestion System.

Able to analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Familiar with safety inspections, audits, and workplace HSE activities.

Good analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
