Job description

Project Manager (Electrical & Panel System)

Plan, manage, and execute projects from handover to final acceptance.

Ensure project delivery is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications.

Manage project documentation including technical clarification, change requests, and reporting.

Coordinate with internal teams and customers during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test).

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Manage project quality, cost, and delivery schedule.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical / panel system industry.

Experience in using project management tools is required.

Strong time management and project financial management skills.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
