Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil QA/QC Inspection.
• Experience in EPC Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, or Industrial Projects.
• Able to prepare inspection reports, punch lists and QA/QC records.
• Able to review drawings, specifications and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and surveillance of Civil, Structural & Architectural construction works

• Verify materials, equipment and construction works against drawings and specs
• Conduct material receiving inspection and verify certificates
• Witness inspections and tests per ITPs and standards
• Prepare inspection reports, punch lists and QA/QC records
• Monitor subcontractor quality and report non-conformities
• Coordinate inspections with Client, Contractor and Third-Party Inspectors
• Verify corrective actions and close NCRs
• Ensure activities comply with procedures and international codes

Key responsibilities

Perform inspection and surveillance of Civil, Structural & Architectural construction works

Conduct inspection of earthworks, rebar, formwork, concrete, piling and steel structure activities

Verify materials, equipment and construction works against approved drawings, specifications and project requirements

Perform material receiving inspection and verify material certificates and traceability

Witness inspection and testing activities in accordance with approved ITPs and applicable standards

Prepare inspection reports, punch lists, QA/QC records and daily inspection reports

Monitor subcontractor quality performance and report non-conformities to the QA/QC Engineer

Coordinate inspections with Client, Contractor and Third-Party Inspectors

Verify corrective actions and ensure NCRs are properly closed out

Ensure construction activities comply with approved procedures, project specifications and applicable international codes and standards

About you

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or related discipline

Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil QA/QC Inspection

Proven experience in EPC Oil & Gas, Refinery, Power Plant, or Industrial Projects

Strong experience in Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) inspection

Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) implementation

Able to prepare inspection reports, punch lists, QA/QC records and daily inspection reports

Able to review drawings, specifications and project requirements

Familiar with relevant international codes and project specifications

Able to monitor subcontractor quality performance and identify non-conformities

Experienced in coordination with Client, Contractor and Third-Party Inspectors
