Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources invites a QA specialist to ensure compliance with food safety and lab testing programs across our Indonesian operations. You will verify results, review processes, and drive risk assessments and CAPAs.

This role supports audits, maintains certifications, and promotes continuous improvement through training and reporting. A background in ISO 17025 and HACCP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 2 years QA, Food/Feed Safety, Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, or Laboratory Quality in food, edible oil, FMCG, or related industries.
• Experience with ISO 17025 requirements, Good laboratory practices, and analytical data is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Food/Feed Safety Management Systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, GMP+, halal systems) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Laboratory / Food/Feed Safety Management Systems, HACCP principles.
• Familiarity with laboratory testing processes, analytical data review, trend analysis, and investigation of out-of-specification (OOS) results.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and monitoring operational performance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Job Requirement

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Chemical Engineering / Chemistry or any related field from reputable university. Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Food/Feed Safety, Quality Management, Regulatory Compliance, or Laboratory Quality within food, edible oil, FMCG, or related industries. Experience in implementing and maintaining of ISO 17025 requirements, Good laboratory practices, and analytical data will be an advantage. Knowledge of Food/Feed Safety Management Systems (e.g., FSSC 22000, GMP+, system jaminan halal ) will be an advantage Strong understanding of Laboratory / Food/Feed Safety Management Systems, HACCP principles.
