Job summary

Golden Agri Resources is seeking a focused professional to coordinate and drive shrinkage improvement at our Marunda Refinery. You will oversee data analysis, drive PDCA-based initiatives, and ensure accurate reporting of shrinkage and maintenance needs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Based in Marunda, the position involves SAP administration and coordination with multiple departments to achieve corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Min Bachelor Degree in Statistics or equivalent.
• Experience in oil loss reduction or shrinkage improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform continuous improvement to achieve shrinkage targets.
• Conduct audits of loading/unloading processes and system implementation.
• Plan shrinkage improvements using PDCA (Quality, Quantity, Time).
• Report shrinkage values and improvement plans monthly or periodically.

Job Description Summary : Coordinate and facilitate the improvement of work on the value of the gain / losses of both the acceptance and discharge of oil, PK, PKE, other materials.

Responsibilities

• 1. Performing continuous improvement of performance in order to achieve determined shrinkage target.
• 2. Responsible for the shrinking nilal that occurs and provide a quick and precise response to anticipate the improvement of shrinking nilal for the achievement of corporate goals. Making reports shrink comprehensively and qualified / accurate
• 3. Make a plan of shrink nilal improvement using PDCA cycle method. (Quality, quantity, time)
• 4. Conduct audit of system implementation and loading and unloading process procedures.
• 5. Conducting regular meetings to discuss loss / gain and improvement plans.
• 6. Conducting problem analysis and solution plan to avoid abnormal shrinkage that happened not repeat.
• 7. Monitoring and control of shrinkage values and maintaining existing shrinkage values
• 8. Coordinate with all relevant sections in the implementation of improvements and kaizen shrinkage values.
• 9. Report the value of shrinkage and repair plan routinely every month / periodic.
• 10. Responsible for achieving their respective MPAs.
• 11. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies.
• 12. Responsible for the implementation of work discipline.
• 13. Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration
• 14. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all assessment of work (equipment) and cleanliness at work sites.
• 15. Addressing the problems that arise both personnel and operational work in OLC that can not be overcome subordinates.
• 16. Controlling the implementation of administrative aspects and recording of reports conducted by subordinates.
• 17. Make a schedule of maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspace and supervise the implementation.
• 18. Creating and maintaining good and harmonious relationships and communication with related parts that are still related to work activities.
• 19. Supervise, assess, develop and motivate subordinates to achieve optimal performance.
• 20. Check the condition of the work equipment and request repair to the relevant department if it finds an abnormality.
• 21. Responsible for maintaining and keeping the Company's rules and obligations executed with awareness in line with the right received by subordinates.
• 22. Maintain and keep working discipline in full awareness
• 23. Report the problem, related to Food / Feed Safety Management System (if any) to Food / Feed Safety Coordinator.
• 24. Doing work by applying company values (Integrity, positive behavior, commitment, continuous improvement, innovation and loyalty).

Requirements

• Min Bachelor Degree in Statistica or equivalent
• Having min 1-2 years of working experience in Oil Loss Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
• Good in analytical thinking, detail oriented and multitasking
• Proficient and resilient in processing large amounts of data, with a keen eye for detail and thoroughness.
• Mastery of advanced Excel, preferably with an understanding of queries and macros.
• Willing to be located in Marunda Refinery
