Job summary

Golden Agri Resources, a leading global seed-to-shelf agribusiness, is seeking a diligent Filling Plant Operator in Indonesia. You will ensure proper preparation, processing, and production control according to foreman instructions, and maintain the quality and documentation of filling processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCP, assisting trials and commissioning, recording logs, and following safety rules.

• Maintain and support process and filling quality per specifications.
• Monitor CCP and report deviations to foreman/supervisor for corrective actions.
• Assist in trials and commissioning of machines.
• Document production logs from materials through to results.
• Observe preventive maintenance schedules to keep equipment in good condition.
• Adhere to Safety Regulations (5R1S / EHFS).
• Maintain discipline and workplace cleanliness.

Job description

General Responsibilities

• 1. Conduct preparation, process and production control in accordance with foreman instructions
• 2. Maintain and support the process and quality of filling results in accordance with the specified specifications.
• 3. Controlling the existing CCP in order to properly monitor and info immediately to the foreman / supervisor to request corrective action if there are deviations in accordance with the requirements in the ISO document and HACCP Plan (special filling operator mechine)
• 4. Doing / support / help trial and commissioning machine.
• 5. Fill out all logsheets as documentation media of production process from material start to production result according to part handled (Mechine / transfer / stockist / maintenance / general)
• 6. Watching / executing preventive maintenance schedule to keep production equipment well used.
• 7. Run Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policies (5R1S / EHFS).
• 8. Responsible for discipline
• 9. Implementing the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO, SMART D_Safe, OHSAS 18001, HACCP), and Implementing PRP well and correctly in its departement.
• 10. Increase self performent
• 11. Responsible in maintaining and maintaining all work equipment. (equipment) and cleanliness at Filling Plant location.
