Job summary

goldenagri seeks a QA Analyst to join the Digital Innovation team in Jakarta to ensure the quality, reliability, and usability of our digital products. You will execute test plans, report defects, and collaborate with the Digital Apps Development chapter to deliver high-quality releases.

The role focuses on functional, regression, and user acceptance testing while improving test coverage and documentation, and supporting UAT cycles across releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS/IT/IS/SE.
• Experience in manual and automated test execution and requirement validation.
• Hands-on experience with functional testing, regression suites, and UAT.
• Experience in defect tracking, reporting, reproduction, and retesting fixes.
• Ability to prepare test environments, maintain test data/cases, and update QA checklists and reports.

QA Analysts work in small groups with cross-functional teams within Digital Innovation and are responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of our digital products. They will execute test plans, report defects, and collaborate with the Digital Apps Development chapter to deliver high-quality releases. The role mainly focuses on functional, regression, and user acceptance testing while continuously improving test coverage and documentation.

Job Description :

• Execute test cases (manual/automated), validate requirements, and ensure functionality meets acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and severity; retest fixes before release.
• Prepare test environments and data, run regression suites, and support UAT cycles, ensuring stability across releases.
• Maintain test cases, test data, and evidence; update test reports and QA checklists.
• Foster an iterative mindset focused on delivering improvements and value at high velocity.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams within Digital Innovation to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced and iterative environment.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering , or a related technical field.
• Experience in test case execution (manual/automated) and requirement validation.
