Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the QA/QC and food safety functions for our flour milling operation in Indonesia. You will ensure products meet customer specs, regulatory requirements, and international food safety standards while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

You will manage QA/QC teams, develop and maintain QMS and documentation, oversee audits (internal, supplier, customer), and collaborate with Milling, Production, Supply Chain,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; master's preferred.
• 8–10 years in QA/QC within food manufacturing.
• 3+ years in a managerial QA/QC role leading teams.
• Experience in wheat flour milling or FMCG is highly preferred.
• Strong auditing, regulatory compliance, and CAPA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC activities across the flour milling operation.
• Establish, implement, and improve QMS.
• Ensure compliance with customer specs and quality standards.
• Monitor quality indicators and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 and other standards; manage audits.
• Drive food safety culture and maintain documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Collaborate with Production, Milling, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement and Sales to improve quality and efficiency.
