Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim seeks a dedicated QC Supervisor to lead its quality control team for flour products in Indonesia. You will oversee lab activities, evaluate raw materials, and ensure finished products meet stringent specifications to support customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in QC within flour milling or related food sectors, with at least 1 year of supervision. Based in Cilegon, you will drive CAPA and collaborate across Production and Milling teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Control within flour milling, food manufacturing, grain processing, or FMCG industries.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience managing a quality team.
• Strong knowledge of flour milling processes, wheat quality assessment, and laboratory testing methods.
• Understanding of Food Safety Management Systems including GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and Halal standards.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to be based in Cilegon, Banten.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily laboratory and quality control activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate incoming wheat, packaging materials, and other raw materials against specified requirements.
• Ensure in-process and finished flour products meet customer specifications and company standards.
• Conduct and review laboratory analyses, including moisture, ash, protein, gluten, falling number, and other flour quality parameters.
• Coordinate timely investigation of product non-conformities, customer complaints, and quality deviations.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and process performance.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
• Ensure laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and functioning properly.
• Lead, coach, and develop QC Analysts and Laboratory Technicians to achieve departmental objectives.
• Support internal and external audits, customer inspections, and certification activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, Halal requirements, and applicable food regulations.
• Collaborate with the Production and Milling teams to optimize flour quality and production efficiency.
• Promote a strong culture of food safety, quality awareness, and continuous improvement.
