SingaPay, an Indonesia-based fintech company, is seeking a QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in software testing. The role emphasizes automation, developing and maintaining testing frameworks, and strong API testing skills using Postman or REST Assured.

You will collaborate in an English-speaking environment and contribute to end-to-end testing across our payment platform. Candidates should have hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium, plus SQL/database testing

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing, with strong hands‑on experience in test automation.

Proven experience developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks.

Hands‑on experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.

Strong understanding of API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.

Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.

Good understanding of SQL and database testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.

Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate technical information and collaborate in an English‑speaking work environment.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, Banking, E‑wallet, or Financial Technology industries.

Understanding of payment processing workflows, including transaction authorization, payment confirmation, refunds, settlements, and reconciliation.

Experience testing third‑party payment integrations, payment APIs, and webhook/callback mechanisms.

Understanding of transaction failure handling, duplicate transactions, and idempotency.

Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Experience Level: Minimum 4 Years
