Job summary

PT. Mandiri International Technology seeks an enthusiastic QA Automation professional to develop and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend apps in Jakarta. You will collaborate with engineers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure the product meets requirements.

Responsibilities include designing test frameworks, maintaining test plans, and supporting CI/CD integration while focusing on quality, performance, and stability before deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field from a reputable university.
• Experience in QA Internship or Graduate of QA Automation & Programming Bootcamp.
• Capable of creating Automation Scripts.
• Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Familiar with programming languages and scripting (e.g., .NET and/or VBScript).
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred: Banking automation testing experience, willing to work on-site in Jakarta.

• Create and maintain test cases, scenarios, and execution reports.
• Support integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor test results and propose quality improvements.
• Support RPA initiatives to improve testing efficiency.

Job description

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and backend applications.
• Perform automation testing to ensure application quality, functionality, performance, and stability before deployment.
• Identify, document, track, and report defects found during testing activities.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, QA teams, and Project Managers to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation testing frameworks and scripts.
• Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, test execution reports, and testing documentation.
• Support the integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and software development processes.
• Monitor test execution results and provide recommendations for quality improvements.
• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives to improve testing efficiency and business process automation.
• Ensure testing activities comply with organizational quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Management, or other relevant fields from a reputable university
• Experience in QA Internship, Graduate of QA Automation & Programming Bootcamp
• Capable of creating Automation Scripts
• Proficient in at least one automation tool such as Micro Focus UFT, Mobile Center, Katalon, Appium, or Selenium
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
