Job description

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.

Good command of English, both written and verbal.

Familiar with Accurate ERP system.

Have knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes.

Have knowledge or experience in procurement and purchasing processes.

Experience in local purchasing is a plus.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Available to join as soon as possible is a plus.

Work Location: Ruko Hampton, Gading Serpong, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Monday to Friday (09.00 - 18.00)

Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate supply chain activities, including inventory, warehouse, logistics, and product availability to support daily operations.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and prevent stock shortages or excess inventory.

Handle day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities, including sourcing, comparing, and coordinating with suppliers.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability, quality, and timely delivery of goods and materials.

Prepare and process purchase-related documents, including Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, and other procurement documentation.

Monitor purchase orders and follow up on order status, delivery schedules, and outstanding purchases.

Maintain accurate records of suppliers, purchases, inventory, and other supply chain-related data using the Accurate ERP system.

Support supplier evaluation, price comparison, and negotiation to achieve competitive pricing and reliable service.

Prepare regular reports related to inventory, procurement, supplier performance, and supply chain activities.

Willing to visit the warehouse on a monthly basis for Stock Opname (SO) activities.
