• 1-2 years in procurement; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, contract management, supply chain and procurement software.
• Skilled in cost analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply needs based on purchasing requests to seek best value from alternate vendors.
• Expand supplier base for packaging materials, raw materials, and general items by verifying suppliers and creating a supplier portfolio, mitigating risks.
• Negotiate with potential new suppliers on price, MOQ, and contracts; compare options for best value and recommend new suppliers.
• Update and manage the supplier database to optimize sourcing processes.
• Foster positive supplier relations to achieve operational goals.
• Review and monitor supplier performance for optimal procurement.
• Complete administrative tasks to maintain sourcing operations.
