Responsibilities

• Researching and analyzing government regulations related to employment and labor law to ensure compliance.
• Developing industrial relations strategy and planning aligned with company priorities.
• Develop policies related to employment and provide recommendations to management for their completion to create a conducive working environment.
• Act as a strategic business partner in handling employment issues and performance improvement for certain employee categories by close monitoring and evaluation with leaders.
• Dispute settlement by reviewing investigation reports and recommending disciplinary actions based on IR guidelines and practices.
• Manage relations with related functions and external partners to align objectives.

Job description

• Researching and analyzing government regulations related to employment and the practice of labor law in employment relations to maintain company compliance.
• Developing industrial relations strategy and planning for the short, medium, and long term, aligned with company priorities to support company objectives in the human resources field.
• Develop policies (such as company regulations) related to employment and provide recommendations to management for their completion to create a conducive working environment.
• Act as a strategic business partner in handling employment issues, providing recommendations & activity plan in enhancing the employees' performance (for certain employee categories) by doing close monitoring & evaluation with the leaders.
• Dispute Settlement (reviews investigation reports from the internal team and identifies the breach/violation of related policies or procedures and provides recommended disciplinary action based on IR guidelines and practices).
• Manage relations and collaboration with related functions and external partners to maintain the alignment of business objectives and compliance.
• Responsible for manpower planning and its development (coaching, mentoring, counseling) as well as conducting periodic reviews to manage the team's performance.
• Become a role model in implementing corporate culture and creating a collaborative & synergistic teamwork culture across functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Human Resources Management
• 4-6 years of experience in Industrial Relations; 2 years in managerial positions.
• Good knowledge of and best practices in HR policies, disciplinary procedures, employee relations, and company and industry regulations.
