Job summary

PT Enerco RPO Internasional seeks a Purchasing Officer for its Batam plant. The candidate will manage multiple orders, oversee purchase administration, and handle spare parts procurement from local and overseas suppliers while building strong supplier relationships.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years in purchasing, knowledge of import/export documents, excellent communication, and fluency in English. Willingness to be based in Batam is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in a related field
• Experience in purchasing procedures and purchasing spare parts from local and overseas suppliers
• Strong negotiation and networking skills with suppliers and vendors
• Good knowledge of import/export requirement documents (much advantage)
• Excellent communication skills, good analytical abilities, and initiative to improve
• Computer literate and fluent in English
• Willing to be based in Batam

PT Enerco RPO Internasional is a green company with innovative technology committed to being a reliable producer of TDAE (Treated Distillate Aromatic Extract), a non-carcinogenic rubber processing oil (RPO) to support the green tire and rubber industry with the highest quality, safety and performance standards. We are seeking a highly committed candidate to fill the Purchasing Officer position at our plant located in KITK (Kawasan Industri Terpadu Kabil) Batam.

About you
