Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing across Administration and Branding & Marketing categories. You will coordinate with vendors, ensure contract compliance, and support data-driven decision making.

Fresh graduates are welcome; travel to operational areas as needed. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is required, and Mandarin communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to travel to operational areas/business units as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; able to prepare and analyze data/reports.
• Previous experience in Purchasing/Procurement preferred; fresh graduates welcome.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (written and spoken).

• Manage procurement for Administration category including gifts, merchandise, office supplies.
• Manage procurement for Branding & Marketing category including IP design, rebranding, event materials, social media.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders throughout procurement process.
• Prepare, review, and manage purchase and service contracts per company policies.
