Job summary

PT Global Way Indonesia is seeking experienced procurement professionals for senior and junior levels in Madiun, East Java. The role oversees purchasing of raw materials, components, accessories, machinery, and other production inputs.

You will develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with local and international suppliers, and drive cost savings while maintaining quality and timely delivery. English proficiency and strong supplier management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of purchasing/procurement experience in sport industry, footwear, apparel, or garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of raw materials, components, and manufacturing supply chains.
• Experience dealing with local and international suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company's purchasing activities for raw materials, components, accessories, machinery, and other production requirements.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to achieve competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Willing to be placed in Madiun.
