Job summary

PT Global Way Indonesia in Madiun, East Java, is seeking senior and junior designers to craft visuals for our sports products and presentations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling materials that align with brand standards and product requirements.

The role emphasizes strong portfolios, proficiency in Illustrator/Photoshop, and a solid understanding of color, typography, and layout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sport industry, footwear, apparel, garment manufacturing, or related product development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and commercial design work.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Good understanding of colors, typography, layout, graphics, and product presentation.
• Develop creative visual concepts for products, presentations, marketing materials, and customer requirements.
• Create product visuals, technical presentations, product boards, catalogs, and other visual materials.
• Work closely with R&D, Product Development, Merchandising, Sales and Marketing teams.
