Job summary

PT Global Way Indonesia in East Java seeks a senior production manager to lead manufacturing efforts for a branded sports products maker. The role focuses on optimizing processes, planning capacity, and driving on-time delivery from its Madiun plant.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years' production-management experience in apparel/garment or related sectors, with strong leadership, English proficiency, and teamwork across departments. Placement is in Madiun, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in production management, preferably in sport industry, footwear, apparel, or garment manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality, and productivity improvement.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience working with international customers/brands is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control overall production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, delivery schedules, and cost objectives.
• Plan production capacity, manpower, machines, materials, and production schedules.
• Monitor daily production performance and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
• Ensure production processes comply with company standards, SOPs, quality requirements, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, R&D, Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments.
• Willing to be placed in Madiun.
