Job summary

PT Mineral Alam Abadi, based in Jakarta, seeks a procurement professional to manage end-to-end sourcing for goods, services, and projects. You will ensure timely procurement in line with policy, verify supplier compliance, and establish solid supplier relationships with internal users.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or SCM, strong Excel skills, and experience in purchasing. You will coordinate across departments to ensure specs are met and negotiate prices to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, SCM, or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Prior purchasing/procurement experience is a plus.
• Understanding of PO creation and price negotiation.

Ensure procurement processes for goods, services, and projects are conducted on time, efficiently, and effectively, in accordance with applicable procurement policies

Verify that selected suppliers have clear legal compliance and reliable operational systems

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers

Coordinate effectively with internal departments and end users to ensure goods and services meet required specifications

Job Requirements

Minimum education Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel

Prior experience in Purchasing/Procurement is a plus

Basic understanding of procurement processes, including Purchase Order (PO) creation and price negotiation
