Busana Apparel Group is seeking a Purchasing Fabric (Merchandiser Fabric Sourcing) professional in Central Java to drive fabric development and sourcing aligned with buyer requests.
The role requires a minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree and 2–5 years' experience in garment textiles, with hands-on expertise in woven fabrics and fabric materials.
You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, negotiate terms, and create POs to ensure on-time delivery for production.
Min. Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Experienced 2 - 5 years.
Preferably experienced in the garment industry.
Experiences handling fabric & raw material in the garment production.
Experiences handling woven fabrics.
Willing to be placed in Central Java
Handle new fabric/raw development and manage fabric sourcing activity as per buyer requests.
Create POs, follow up on orders, and handle the settlement of fabric material
Communicate directly with internal & suppliers, including the final negotiation.

Along the way, we are also continuing our efforts to be an energy efficient company by saving 60% of our energy usage on lighting, 50% energy saving through servo motors, 32% steam system optimization, and more than 25,000 trees planted on our sites. We even have the highest score LEED certified green building to ensure our sustainability program running simultaneously with our business target.
Our services spread across pattern making, cutting, to the highest quality finished products using experienced employees and tons of high technology automation to ensure high precision and quality products.
