Busana Apparel Group seeks a seasoned Engineering Manager to oversee utility systems and related CAPEX initiatives in a large-scale garment manufacturing environment.
Role requires 10+ years in engineering, 5+ years in a leadership position, and strong project management skills. Proficiency in English and willingness to be placed in Probolinggo are essential for success.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant Engineering disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering, Utility, Facility Management, or Project Management within a manufacturing environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Managerial position, preferably handling Utility, Engineering, Facility, Maintenance, or Project functions.
Experience in garment, textile, or other manufacturing industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of factory utility systems such as electrical systems, water systems, compressed air, HVAC, boilers, generators, and wastewater treatment.
Proven experience in managing factory infrastructure, engineering improvement, expansion, and CAPEX projects.
Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and project execution.
Good understanding of energy management, cost efficiency, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement.
Familiar with relevant HSE, environmental, and government regulations related to factory utilities and infrastructure.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.

Job Descriptions :
Manage and ensure the reliability and efficiency of factory utility systems, including electricity, water, air compressor, HVAC, boiler, wastewater treatment, and other supporting facilities.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for utility equipment and infrastructure.
Lead and manage factory engineering, infrastructure improvement, expansion, and capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
Prepare project plans, timelines, budgets, technical specifications, and resource requirements.
Monitor project implementation to ensure completion within the approved timeline, budget, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and external parties throughout project execution.
Identify opportunities for energy efficiency, cost optimization, utility consumption reduction, and process improvement.
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and other applicable regulations and standards.
Manage and develop the Utility & Project team, including manpower planning, performance management, and capability development.
Prepare regular reports on utility performance, project progress, costs, risks, and improvement initiatives for management.
