Job summary

Busana Apparel Group is seeking a Purchasing Fabric (Merchandiser Fabric Sourcing) professional in Central Java to drive fabric development and sourcing aligned with buyer requests.

The role requires a minimum of a diploma or bachelor's degree and 2–5 years' experience in garment textiles, with hands-on expertise in woven fabrics and fabric materials.

You will coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, negotiate terms, and create POs to ensure on-time delivery for production.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in garment industry.
• Experience handling fabric and raw materials.
• Experience handling woven fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Handle new fabric/raw development and manage fabric sourcing per buyer requests.
• Create POs, follow up on orders, and settle fabric materials.
• Communicate with internal teams and suppliers, including final negotiations.
