Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is assisting in a search for a Purchasing Staff for a global textile manufacturer based in Pasuruan. The role focuses on reviewing SAP purchase requests and processing orders in line with company procedures while coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in purchasing/export-import, knowledge of bonded zone regulations, and familiarity with Indonesian customs requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing and export-import experience
• Experience in a bonded zone or knowledge of bonded zone regulations
• Knowledge of international trade and Indonesian customs requirements
• Good coordination and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review purchase requests in SAP and process purchase orders in accordance with company procedures
• Monitor order delivery, goods receipt, and import documentation, including shipping documents, insurance certificates, and customs clearance coordination
• Coordinate with suppliers, finance, internal users, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and accurate purchasing transactions
• Maintain vendor databases, evaluate supplier performance, and prepare monthly import reports and periodic vendor performance reports
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures, safety standards, and environmental policies
