Job summary

PT Smoore Technology Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including material receipt, inventory control, and production line kitting, with a focus on timely dispatch for global exports.

The role requires Bonded Zone knowledge, strong leadership, and hands-on SAP/WMS expertise, ensuring compliance with GWP standards and safety regulations in a large electronics manufacturing facility in Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Warehouse Supervisor or similar in electronics manufacturing or EMS.
Proficient in SAP and advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Experience in Bonded Zone operations and customs documentation.
Strong leadership, communication, and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including raw materials receiving, inventory storage, kitting, and finished goods dispatch.
Ensure Bonded Zone compliance and customs documentation.
Utilize SAP and WMS for real-time inventory tracking and regular cycle counts.
Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff and forklift operators.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
