Job summary

PT Persol Recruitment Indonesia is assisting a Pasuruan-based global textile manufacturing company in hiring a Production Analyst / Administration Staff. You will support production reporting, SAP administration, inventory monitoring, and daily operations.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, KPI tracking, and collaboration with production teams to ensure availability of materials and smooth production flows. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of production processes, process flow, product specifications, and production control.
• Familiarity with SAP, EHS, and inventory management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills, with good English proficiency.
• Results-oriented and detail-oriented with coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production reports with KPI monitoring.
• Generate SAP reports, create purchase requisitions, and monitor inventory.
• Coordinate production support for consumables, chemicals, and logistics supplies.
• Maintain operator performance records and supervisor scorecards.
• Monitor waste and ensure traceability across departments.
• Uphold 6S, housekeeping, PPE, and first aid availability; support EHS initiatives.
