PT ANTS PANTS ULUWATU is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to streamline procurement for our Bali operations. You will manage daily purchasing tasks, source suppliers, and issue Purchase Orders while coordinating with Kitchen and Bar teams to meet exacting quality standards.

The role requires 1 year of purchasing experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in Uluwatu, Bali.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing or Procurement.
• Hospitality/restaurant industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food, beverage, kitchen supplies and operational purchasing.
• Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.
• Understanding of purchasing procedures, quotations and PO.
• Able to join immediately and work in Uluwatu, Bali.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple requests.

Responsabilidades

• Request and compare quotations from multiple suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure orders are properly documented.
• Monitor order status and follow up on deliveries to ensure goods arrive on time and meet specifications.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, and other departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Maintain good relationships and communication with suppliers.
• Monitor market prices and identify opportunities to improve purchasing efficiency and reduce procurement costs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and procurement documentation.

Responsibilities

Handle daily purchasing activities based on operational requirements and approved requests.

Source, identify, and evaluate suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and product quality.

Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.

Good understanding of purchasing procedures, quotations, and Purchase Orders.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple purchasing requests.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Good command of English is an advantage.

Able to join immediately and willing to work in Uluwatu, Bali.
