Job summary

Lalamove seeks a Policy Liaison to engage government authorities, NGOs, and business chambers to promote dialogue and partnerships in the market. You will analyze public policies and prepare concise write-ups and presentations, reporting to the Director, Corporate Affairs.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in public policy, have ESG awareness, and strong English skills; experience in government relations is a plus. This role supports the company’s ESG and regulatory strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in liaison or government relations is preferred.
• ESG knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent in English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders (government authorities, NGOs, business chambers) to promote dialogue and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze public policies, laws, regulations, and industry practices relevant to Corporate activities.
• Prepare concise write-ups, papers, illustrations, and presentations.
• Coordinate internal discussions with Corporate strategies on ESG aspects.
• Report to Director, Corporate Affairs and undertake additional tasks as instructed.

What you'll do

• Engage different stakeholders such as government authorities, non-governmental organizations, business chambers, etc. in (Market) to promote the exchange of views, build consensus on issues and explore partnerships.
• Monitor and conduct research and analyses on public policies, laws, regulations, academic studies, industry practices, etc. in (Market) that are relevant to the business activities of the Corporate.
• Prepare concise and effective write-ups, papers, illustrations, and presentations
• Coordinated internal discussions and efforts in (Market) along with the Corporate's strategies on Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects.
• Report to Director, Corporate Affairs, and undertake any other assignments as instructed

What you'll need

• A degree or master's degree holder with prior education or experience in public policy preferred
• Knowledge in ESG is an advantage, 5+ yrs job experience
• Have experience in Liaison position or Government relation or Government Affair
• Have the capability to do credit write up
• Excellent in English proficiency
