Lalamove's Global Trainee Program is an accelerated pathway to leadership, offering coaching, on-the-job training and global rotation across locations. Trainees gain exposure across overseas and mainland operations, with multiple rotations to learn frontline and back-office functions.

The intake starts 23 September 2026 and applications close 31 December 2026. Fresh graduates who are geographically mobile and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent analytical skills and strong English; Chinese proficiency is highly preferred.

Our Global Trainee Program is an accelerated pathway to leadership comprises of coaching, on-the-job training and global job rotation. Our Global Trainee will gain extensive exposure across locations and departments. You will have multiple rotations across our overseas & Chinese mainland operations, engaging and obtaining the necessary knowledge and skills from both the frontline and back office. The aim of this program is to prepare you to become our future leaders at Lalamove. Lalamove Global Trainee Program is accepting applications for intakes starting from 23rd September 2026.
