Job summary

Lalamove Jakarta is seeking a results-oriented Operations Professional to optimize driver activation and ensure reliable delivery supply. You will analyze performance metrics, collaborate with Demand teams, and lead a small team to hit targets while introducing engagement initiatives for better order fulfillment.

The role focuses on improving driver engagement, activation, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or ride-hailing.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly metrics.
• Create and execute driver activation initiatives to increase active drivers.
• Work closely with Demand teams to ensure order fulfillment and supply reliability.
• Monitor active driver performance and provide insights to improve supply, including long-distance delivery.
• Lead a small team to achieve metrics targets and deliver excellent execution.
• Initiate driver engagement campaigns to improve order response rate and fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly metrics performance
• Create and execute driver activation initiatives to increase active drivers, including communications, campaign, incentives, bonuses.
• Work closely with Demand teams to ensure order fulfillment, projects & maintain supply reliability.
• Monitor active driver performance and provide insight & recommendation to improve supply which includes, but not limited to, long-distance delivery performance
• Lead a small team to achieve metrics targets and deliver excellent execution.
• Initiate driver engagement initiatives such as: (targeted communication, incentives, or campaigns) to improve order response rate / fulfillment

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably in Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply management, ride-hailing or related industries
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Slides.
