Job summary

Lalamove Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Specialist to support invoicing operations for our fast-growing logistics platform. You will generate invoices, issue tax invoices, and manage billing schedules in NetSuite.

Ideal candidates have an accounting/finance background, solid understanding of AR workflows, and strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots). Fresh graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid understanding of AR workflows, debit/credit mechanics, and revenue timing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data reconciliations).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Generate and dispatch invoices, credit memos, and return authorizations within NetSuite.
• Manage billing schedules and milestone billing.
• Issue tax invoices.
• Post and apply daily customer receipts.
• Reconcile undeposited funds, clearing accounts, and customer deposits.
• Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and short payments.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations between the AR aging sub-ledger and the General Ledger (GL).
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to resolve invoice disputes, pricing discrepancies, and billing questions.

What you’ll do

Invoicing & Billing Operations
