PAN ASIAN GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a purchasing professional in Jakarta to manage overseas supplier relations, quotations, POs, and delivery follow-up. You will coordinate with Finance, Warehouse, and other teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in purchasing, strong English communication, and experience in sourcing and negotiating with international suppliers. Import/export knowledge is a plus.
Handle purchasing activities with overseas suppliers, from quotation and negotiation to PO issuance and delivery follow-up.
Communicate with overseas suppliers and customers regarding pricing, specifications, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other requirements.
Source, evaluate, and check overseas suppliers to ensure product quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.
Follow up with suppliers on production status, shipment schedules, and delivery deadlines.
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, Finance, Warehouse, and other internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing and delivery processes.
Review and verify quotations, purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and other related documents.
Monitor outstanding orders and payments and provide regular updates to management.
Handle supplier issues, delays, quality concerns, and other purchasing-related matters.
Maintain proper records of suppliers, quotations, POs, deliveries, and purchasing transactions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in purchasing, preferably handling overseas suppliers.
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken, especially for business communication.
Experienced in communicating and negotiating with overseas suppliers and customers.
Experienced in sourcing and evaluating suppliers.
Good understanding of purchasing processes, payment terms, and international shipments.
Good negotiation, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple orders and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Experience in import/export or international trading is an advantage.
