Job summary

PAN ASIAN GLOBAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive fresh graduate to support the Sales Team by managing product and supplier data, updating catalogs, and assisting with supplier communications.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Chinese and English, familiar with online research, and eager to learn about our products and supplier network.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate from a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree program.
• Graduated from Business, International Business, Marketing, Administration, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred.
• Able to speak, read, and write Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to learn about our products, suppliers, and business operations.
• Able to search for and collect information independently.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• No previous work experience is required.
• Preferred: familiarity with Chinese products or suppliers.
• Basic knowledge of online research or Chinese business platforms is an advantage.
• Good analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities
