Job summary

Trakindo is seeking a sales professional with a background in heavy equipment to develop account plans and manage end-to-end sales activities. The role involves cultivating strategic relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and driving opportunities to increase market share.

The position requires a university degree (S1) in engineering, sales, or related majors and at least 3 years of experience in heavy equipment or automotive industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans and profiles for assigned customers to build strong relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits to understand needs, gather demand and opportunities, and execute sales activities.
• Execute end-to-end sales transactions including documentation, order updates, and delivery arrangements.
• Maintain accurate sales data and CRM records to support decision-making and forecasting.
• Follow up overdue AR and resolve documentation issues to support healthy cash flow.
