Job summary

Trakindo in Jakarta is seeking a driven sales professional to identify customer needs, negotiate terms for heavy equipment, and drive the full sales process. You will visit customers, maintain prospects, and coordinate with technicians during deliveries and problem resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in heavy equipment sales, with strong communication, credit assessment, and contract management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in All Major/Mechanical/Geological/Petroleum/Physical Engineering or Economics major.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales/Sales in Heavy Equipment Industry or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and negotiate sales terms, conduct selling process.
• Maintain prospect customers, research customer business, visit the customer.
• Handle customer complaints, identify problems, coordinate with technicians/engineers.
• Assess customer credit and financial procedures.
• Responsible for collection and receivables.
• Collect market and competitor information, prepare call and transaction reports.
• Develop strategy to cover Account/project.
• Coordinate contract and commercial management.
