Job summary

PetroSea seeks an experienced Senior Estimator in Jakarta Pusat to lead end-to-end project estimation across Civil, Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. You will define the scope, prepare bid quantities, and oversee the entire bid process from initial concept to submission.

You will also develop estimation databases, ensure adherence to company procedures, and drive SHE compliance in line with ISO and SMKP standards. Strong English ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Min. 7 years working experience as an Estimator, with at least 2 years on senior projects.
• Advanced knowledge of Civil/Mechanical/Electrical estimating concepts.
• Strong background in technical aspects of project site supervision, standards, methods, calculations.
• Computer literate (MS Office) with basic AutoCAD/Primavera skills.
• Capable of delivering within limited time and resources to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop estimation processes, norms, and databases for project applicability.
• Determine the scope of work and bid quantities; prepare lists of bid items and SoW.
• Evaluate bids and provide timely pricing; ensure bids are competitive and accurate.
• Lead estimate preparation, conceptual layouts, and review before submission.
• Maintain and implement SHE programs, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP.

• Monitor and manage end-to-end process of estimation across all disciplines and ensure all estimates are built up in accurate, reliable, and systematically conform to Company's procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Developing and estimating business processes, norms, and databases, and ensure its applicability at the project level. All databases are developed and applied.

Determines the scope of work and contents of the project estimate by preparing a list of bid quantities and items. Lists are prepared and SoW are determined.

Perform evaluation of bids and provide the pricing in a timely manner Bids and pricing are evaluated in timely manner

Lead and manages estimate preparation and submission, include conceptualize layouts for the project and review all estimates before they are being submitted. All preparation processes are managed.

Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained

Education

• Computer Literate (Ms. Office), MS Project, preferably also AutoCAD, Primavera (Optional).
• Capable to use limited time and resources to comply time schedule, working effectively.
