Job summary

Ciputra Group is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive property sales and lead a team of representatives in West Java. You will organize schedules, research new leads, recruit and train staff, and report on performance to achieve targets.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in property sales, proven results, and strong communication. The role requires relocation to Sentul, West Java, and a client-focused approach within a large developer group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• 3+ years in Property area
• Must be from Developer Company
• Demonstrated and proven sales results
• Computer skills with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office or similar software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Willing to be placed in Sentul - West Java

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives, include coach, counsel, train, and discipline sales
• Receive and report on all sales leads
• Supervise sales representatives and assistants
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Work with sales team when closing sales
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meet all sales quotas and goals
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
• Attend events and launchings to identify new products and services
