Damai Putra Group in Central Java is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our residential property sales team in Magelang. You will mentor consultants, drive quarterly and annual targets, and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue.

Collaborate with marketing, train staff, and analyze market trends to inform strategy while maintaining strong buyer relationships and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales supervisory or team leadership role within real estate.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate a sales team.

Responsibilities
