Job summary

Blibli’s Property team is seeking a Property Operations Mechanical Electrical Engineer to maintain and improve mechanical, electrical, and utility systems across Blibli’s properties including retail stores, warehouses, and offices. You will monitor performance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and reliability.

This role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of MEP experience; travel to sites will be needed and you’ll help with cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical facility operations, building maintenance, or MEP engineering.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems across assigned properties.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and improvement works.
• Conduct regular site inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance monitoring.
• Ensure safety standards, technical specifications, and company procedures are followed.

What You’ll Do

• Monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and utility systems across assigned properties.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and improvement works.

• Conduct regular site inspections, spot checks, and preventive maintenance monitoring.

• Ensure all property operations comply with safety standards, technical specifications, and company procedures.

• Support technical documentation, maintenance schedules, work reports, and cost estimation for repair or improvement activities.

• Coordinate with internal users and stakeholders to resolve facility-related issues effectively.

• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance reliability, efficiency, and safety of building systems.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical/electrical facility operations, building maintenance, or MEP engineering.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, utilities, and building equipment.

• Experience handling property operations for retail stores, warehouses, office buildings, or high-rise facilities is preferred.

• Ability to read technical drawings, review work scopes, and coordinate maintenance or repair execution.

• Strong problem-solving, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to conduct site visits and support operational needs across assigned locations.
