Job summary

Blibli Electronic Store is part of Blibli Group—a retail chain specializing in basic electronic needs. As a Facilities & Maintenance Admin team member, you will be the organizational backbone of our store maintenance operations, handling administrative and documentation processes to keep facilities safe and functional.

You will track service requests, coordinate schedules with technicians and vendors, maintain records, and provide data-driven reports to the management team.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 1–3 years of admin experience, preferably in maintenance or facilities.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end administrative processes for store maintenance.
• Track service requests and coordinate technician/vendor schedules.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide data and reports to management on maintenance operations.
