Job summary

Cove is seeking aProperty Operations Associate to proactively manage buildings and enhance tenant experiences across our Bali properties. You will coordinate with facilities, staff, and contractors to keep operations smooth and service levels high, while upholding Cove's values and standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in property management; fresh graduates are welcome. You may be assigned to different locations based on company needs; bring strong communication,

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in any major (Preferably in civil engineering, architecture or hospitality/housekeeping background).
• Min. 2 years in property management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or startup environments.
• Fresh graduates who are highly organized with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Willing to be assigned to any location based on company needs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively taking care and manage the buildings effectively as well as resolving any issues and continually improving tenant’s experience
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
• Act as the liaison between Cove and facilities staff on the property
• Assist in preparing room inventory report
• Assist in routine property inspections
• Assist in organizing properties’ tickets
• Liaise with service contractors to schedule maintenance or repair of the buildings
• Assist in troubleshooting daily facilities maintenance issues
• Assist in routine procurement of properties’ needs
