Job summary

Cove Living Indonesia seeks an Assistant Property Operations professional to manage Bali properties and elevate tenant experiences. You will oversee maintenance, coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure seamless check-ins while upholding Cove’s standards.

Ideal candidates hold a hospitality-related degree, 1–3 years in property or community management, and a proactive, results-focused attitude in a startup-spirited environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably Hospitality or related field.
• Min. 1-3 years in property management and/or community management, preferably hospitality industry or startup.
• Core skills include negotiation, communication and relationship building, results-driven, adaptable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cove’s properties and improve tenant experience.
• Ensure rooms are ready for check-ins and well maintained.
• Liaise between Cove and property owners.
• Lead associates and facilities staff, ensuring performance meets standards.
• Schedule team to optimize labor time and cost.
• Oversee property tickets/requests within SLA.
• Handle monthly budgeting and control daily expenses.
• Ensure monthly billings are issued on time.
• Troubleshoot daily facility issues and delegate tasks.

Job Title: Assistant Property Operations - Bali

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Property Manager

Location: Bali

Role Purpose: Your main focus will be to manage Cove’s properties and improve the tenant's experience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experience
• Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
• Ensure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-ins
• Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners
• Manage a team of associates and facilities staff to perform well and meet our standard of operations
• Schedule a team of associates and facilities staff to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio
• Ensure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLA
• Responsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling the daily expenses
• Responsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time
• Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities

What makes you a great fit:

Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably Hospitality or a related field.

Min. 1-3 years in property management and/or community management, preferably have experience working in the hospitality industry and/or early-stage startup
