Cove Living Indonesia in Bali is seeking a proactive Property Manager to oversee Cove’s properties and elevate tenant experiences. You will supervise building operations, coordinate maintenance, and ensure rooms are ready for check-ins while upholding Cove’s service standards.
Reporting to the Property Manager, you will lead a team of associates and facilities staff, manage budgets and vendor relations, and drive efficiency with a focus on hospitality and community.

Reports To: Property Manager

Role Purpose: Your main focus will be to manage Cove’s properties and improve the tenant's experience.
What you’ll be doing:
Manage and maintain buildings effectively and continually improve tenant’s experience
Illustrate Cove’s core values and strive to achieve our standard of operations
Ensure the rooms are tenantable and perfectly ready for check-ins
Act as the liaison between Cove and property owners
Manage a team of associates and facilities staffs to perform well and meet our standard of operations
Schedule a team of associates and facilities staffs to achieve the most optimal labor time/cost ratio
Ensure all properties’ tickets and requests are resolved within our SLA
Responsible for assigned properties’ monthly budgeting and controlling the daily expenses
Responsible to ensure all monthly billings are sent out in time
Troubleshoot and prioritize daily facility issues and effectively delegate responsibilities
What makes you a great fit:
Bachelor’s Degree in any major, preferably Hospitality or a related field.
Min. 1-3 years in property management and/or community management, preferably have experience working in the hospitality industry and/or early-stage startup
