You will lead property staff, monitor budgets, coordinate repairs, and drive revenue through optimized bookings and revenue strategies, while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, ensuring facilities and amenities meet quality standards and guest expectations
• Manage and supervise property staff, including training, performance management and scheduling
• Monitor budgets and financial performance, controlling operating costs whilst maintaining service quality
• Maintain property maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs and upgrades, and manage vendor relationships
• Develop and implement guest service policies and procedures to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage bookings, occupancy rates and coordinate with marketing teams to optimise revenue
• Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution to maintain positive relationships
• Prepare regular reports on operational metrics, financial performance and property maintenance
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless property operations
