Job summary

Alpha Iota BPO is seeking a marketing/CRM assistant in Jakarta Pusat to coordinate cross‑functional workflows and help craft promotional campaigns. You will liaise between Operations, Customer Service, and internal teams, maintaining project docs, timelines, and progress reports.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in eCommerce or marketing, experience with CRM tools Fasttrack/Smartico, basic HTML, and strong communication. This role offers growth in a fast-paced environment with collaborative teams.

• Experience creating promotional campaigns.

• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Fasttrack, Smartico) and basic HTML.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks and workflows between Operations, Customer Service, and internal project teams.
• Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
• Maintain and update project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and reports.
• Track milestones, follow up on action items, and flag risks or delays.
• Prepare internal updates, presentations, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Support system-related tasks, including updating CRM tools like Fasttrack and Smartico.
• Assist in basic HTML tasks (e.g., formatting emails, content updates) when needed.
