Job summary

Alpha Iota is seeking a proactive Marketing/Operations coordinator in Jakarta to streamline daily tasks across departments and strengthen cross-team collaboration. You will help maintain project docs, track milestones, and prepare updates for stakeholders.

With 1–2 years in eCommerce or marketing, you will leverage CRM tools Fasttrack and Smartico, plus basic HTML, to support campaigns and content updates in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities and a supportive team await.

• Track project and task milestones, follow up on action items, and flag any risks or delays.
• Prepare internal updates, presentations, and progress reports for key stakeholders.
• Support system-related tasks, including updating CRM tools like Fasttrack and Smartico.
• Assist in basic HTML tasks (e.g., formatting emails, content updates) when needed.
