Job summary

Alpha Iota BPO Sdn Bhd in Southeast Asia is seeking a proactive coordinator to join our operations and marketing support teams.

You will manage day-to-day workflows between Operations, Customer Service, and internal project teams, track milestones, and prepare progress reports for key stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in eCommerce or marketing, hands-on experience with CRM tools (Fasttrack, Smartico) and basic HTML, plus strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce or marketing.
• Experience creating promotional campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail across multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools (Fasttrack, Smartico) and basic HTML.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-team collaboration.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day tasks and operational workflows between the Operations, Customer Service, and internal project teams.
• Act as a key liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and task alignment.
• Maintain and update project documentation, meeting notes, timelines, and reports.
• Track project and task milestones, follow up on action items, and flag any risks or delays.
• Prepare internal updates, presentations, and progress reports for key stakeholders.
• Support system-related tasks, including updating CRM tools like Fasttrack and Smartico.
• Assist in basic HTML tasks (e.g., formatting emails, content updates) when needed.
